Change in the total number of shares and votes in Flerie AB (publ)
The total number of shares in Flerie AB (publ) (the “Company”) as of 30 June 2026 amounts to 86,697,702, all of which are ordinary shares. There are no issued shares of series C. The total number of votes in the Company as of 30 June 2026 amounts to 86,697,702.
The change in the number of shares and votes in the Company is due to the cancellation of 8,412,578 ordinary shares, as resolved by the extraordinary general meeting on 15 June 2026. The cancellation is attributable to the fact that the Company's principal shareholder, Thomas Eldered, has returned, without consideration, the ordinary shares that his wholly owned companies T&M Förvaltning AB and T&M Participation AB were allotted through the bonus issue resolved by the annual general meeting on 26 March 2026.
